16 oz Container of rendered 100% pure mangalitsa lard. Our mangalitsa are raised on pasture ensuring that our lard is full of macro and micro nutrients. This lard is crisp lite and perfect for baking and frying just like grandma used to. Our lard comes frozen to preserve freshness. Once you get it home thaw and store it in the refrigerator for the longest shelf life.
