Pork Canadian Bacon

Canadian bacon is much meatier than traditional back with all of the same great flavor. This bacon is made from the loin of the chop. This bacon is perfect for a super meaty BLT. We love to bake it in the oven until crisp then use it on sandwhiches and burgers. It is absolutly amazing. Photo is not of our meat.
